A great day all abut apples was held in the Piazza today. We saw some amazingly tasty apple pies & jellies, judged by Ros Sutton from Sutton’s Juice Factory.
Stanthorpe resident Kerry Stratford has retained bragging rights as the best apple peeler in the Granite Belt, winning the prize for longest continuous apple peel for the seventh time.
If you look around the windows of the shopfronts up and down the street you'll find some wonderful creativity & fun. Shops compete for best window display in the Ergon Network Decorated Windows competition. Judging will be held on Wednesday 28 February.
Can you make the best apple pie on the Granite Belt? Entries are due on Thursday 1st March. Submit your entries by 9:45am at the Farley Street Piazza.
