CHARLOTTE Bush is the second Young Ambassador to sign up for the 2018 Apple and Grape Festival.

The 25-year-old teamed up Jamworks owners Christine Hood and Steph Ingall, representing their business as an Apple and Grape Young Ambassador.

Ms Bush decided to become a Young Ambassador as she sees it as a great opportunity to engage with the Stanthorpe community.

"I feel like... I am at that point where I have lived in Stanthorpe for two years and I want to get more involved in the community of the town that I call my home,” Ms Bush said.

The Jamworks Young Ambassador said she is keen on learning more about functions and networking and is looking forward to gaining more professional and time management skills through her Young Ambassador journey.

Ms Bush's business Total Balance health and fitness allows her to work as a dietitian and personal trainer in Stanthorpe and Tenterfield.

Ms Bush said it was important to promote a healthy food-mind relationship and to break down barriers between dietitians and food.

"I paired up with Jamworks to show that I am not the 'food police' and to work with a business that supplies great local food,” she said.

Jamworks will host a Gourmet Villlage Market on Saturday, June 3 and a Spanish Tapas Night on Saturday, June 10.
