ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held Thursday 1 November 2018 at the Stanthorpe RSL conference room (new downstairs room). 7pm - 9pm.
Planning is commencing for the 2020 Festival - ALL WELCOME! Join the committee and make a difference!
We have several positions to be filled: President, Vice-President (2), Director for Amenities, Stalls, Web & Social Media, Wine Fiesta & Entertainment (2), Street Carnival & Stalls, Grants & Sponsorship. All the existing Directors in these roles will be available to help new directors transition into the roles.
Nomination forms for committee positions available at the meeting and nominations will also be taken from the floor.
