The 2020 Directors of the Apple & Grape Festival are:
President: Max Hunter - Chairman of Committees, media, overall festival management.
Vice-President: Greg Thouard - Assistant to President, Incorporation, Constitution, Maps, Code of Conduct, OHS, Arches, Emergency Services and training.
Vice-President: Vacant - Assistant to President continuing role to 2020 President and general management support.
Secretary: Leanne Wilson - Office secretarial services, minutes and correspondence, supporting Finance function, supports the President, timeline register, IT and insurances.
Treasurer: Len McKewin - Treasurer and Finances
Amenities: Vacant - Road & Traffic management, liaise with Council, portable toilets, cleansing services, fencing, lights, bunting and facilities
Ball: Vacant - Presenting Gala Ball
Festival Events: Dan Cuthbert - Fun Runs, Cycle Events, Sporting Events, Thanksgiving Service, Senior’s Concert, Civic Centre Concert, Grape Crush and Decorated Windows
Grants & Sponsorships: TBA - Grant applications management of grant funds and acquittals, sponsorships, fundraising, hosting sponsors.
Marketing and Publicity: Robyn Murray - Marketing plan, promotional activities, festival program and advertising, attendance at other festivals, preparation of media releases (print, TV, radio), street banners and international promotion.
Multicultural Carnival & Wine Fiesta (2 positions): Vacant - Weeroona Park main Saturday and Sunday plus Saturday night entertainment in carnival area. Assisting with Busking Championships.
Grand Parade: Bill Brown - Planning, promotion and presentation of main Saturday grand parade.
Industry and Commerce: Vacant - Open Gardens, celebrating local produce, Wine Master Class, culinary events and new projects.
Stalls: Vacant - Management and planning of street stalls and amusements for main Saturday and Sunday excluding Weeroona Park.
Street Events: Vacant - Morning parades, marching bands, youth zone, street performers, street stages, Piazza events, Apple Day, Navy Band Ceremonial Sunset, opening night and fireworks.
Volunteers: Annette Brown - Coordinating volunteers for events and activities plus festival showroom staffing.
Website & Social Media: Vacant - Website and social media management and ticketing.
Young Ambassadors: Vacant - Coordinating Young Ambassador development program, fundraising and events. Assisted by TBA with YA finances.
Youth: Vacant - Development and administering youth programs and entertainment.
