Street Stall & Multicultural Food Festival Information Applications for Street Stalls and the Multicultural Food Festival are now available and can be downloaded below. Sites will be allotted on a 'first come, first served' basis. The Festival Committee reserves the right to reject any application at their discretion. Do you need a Temporary Events Food Permit? Southern Downs Regional Council provides Temporary Events Food Permits and fact sheets in relation to Food Safety. Please click on the links below. Street Stalls & Multicultural Food Fiesta... Application forms for Street Stalls & the Multicultural Food Fiesta for the 2014 Festival will be available here in January 2013. Applicants for the Multicultural Food Fiesta must be selling food of a multicultural nature - ie: french, Japanese, Brazilian etc. Other food vendors should apply for a Street Stall (see above). Grand Parade Application & Information The 2014 Grande Parade Information Pack & Parade Map will be available here in January 2013. Entry Form - QWCA Apple Pie, Cake & Jam Competition The Entry Form for the 2014 QCWA Apple Pie, Cake & Jam Competition will be available here closer to the 2014 Festival. Sponsored and conducted by QWCA Granite Belt Branches every two years to coincide with the Apple & Grape Harvest Fesitval, competition categories include: APPLE PIE – JUNIOR APPLE PIE – APPLE TEA CAKE – APPLE JELLY – GRAPE JAM Cash prizes in each category!
