Street Stall & Multicultural Food Festival Information Applications for Street Stalls and the Multicultural Food Festival are now available and can be downloaded below. Sites will be allotted on a 'first come, first served' basis. The Festival Committee reserves the right to reject any application at their discretion. Do you need a Temporary Events Food Permit? Southern Downs Regional Council provides Temporary Events Food Permits and fact sheets in relation to Food Safety. Please click on the links below. Applicants for the Multicultural Food Fiesta must be selling food of a multicultural nature - ie: french, Japanese, Brazilian etc. Other food vendors should apply for a Street Stall (see above). Entry Form - QWCA Apple Pie, Cake & Jam Competition The Entry Form for the 2014 QCWA Apple Pie, Cake & Jam Competition will be available here closer to the 2014 Festival. Sponsored and conducted by QWCA Granite Belt Branches every two years to coincide with the Apple & Grape Harvest Fesitval, competition categories include: APPLE PIE – JUNIOR APPLE PIE – APPLE TEA CAKE – APPLE JELLY – GRAPE JAM Cash prizes in each category!
